The neoliberal territory’s management: Norms and territorial viability in concessions of the São Paulo’s highway system
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to understand how the normalization process occurs at São Paulo’s territory (Brazil), through the delivery of some main highways to private enterprise. Relating the process of highways’ concessions, started in nineties last century, to logic of neoliberal territory’s management, it intends to stand out the current nature of the public politics which it involves the regulation and the territorial use.
