THE DRAINAGE DENSITY ANALYSIS AND ITS GEOMORPHOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS
Abstract
The drainage density and its geomorphic implications. The drainage density is concerned with the channel lenght per área unit. Expressing the interactions among environmental factors the drainage density is basis for the drainage basic classifications and for the morphoclimatic zone distinction.
