Abstract

Geography isn't planning. The planning can not be understand only as better geography. Nevertheless both have many conections either a have looking for to situate as a practical science recognizing that the planning inst't his only area of actuation. Is is very important to think about the actuals geographical dificulties to attais an efficient use and how to do for improving this situation.
