WHO ARE THE WOMEN IN GEOGRAPHY RESEARCH?: FEMINIZING GEOGRAPHY
Abstract
This study contemplates the debates of Feminist Geographies and queer Geography conducted in the Brazilian academy. We sought to identify the themes and/or geographic phenomena investigated by theses and/or dissertations between 2019 and 2021, which elected women as a focus group. By means of a bibliographic and/or documentary research, this exploratory study observed that the authors of the respective works develop intersectional studies, giving voice to their subjectivations mediated by the researcher-object relationship.
