An anthropologist and her geographical trajectory – interview with professor Bernadete Aparecida Caprioglio de Castro
Abstract
Abstract: This text presents an interview with the anthropologist and historian Bernadete Aparecida Caprioglio de Castro, held in June 2023 in São Paulo. The interview was structured based on three aspects related to Professor Bernadete – her personal life trajectory; their entry into academic life; and her professional life, mainly regarding his career in Geography at São Paulo State University, Institute of Geosciences and Exact Sciences, Rio Claro. As for the themes approached, the following stand out: anthropology and geography, teacher training, social formation in Brazil and Brazilian social movements. In it, there is a brief resume of the teacher and the interview carried out in its entirety, considering its relevance to Brazilian Anthropology and Geography.
