Areas of Occupation and Restrictions to the use of the Soil Urban in the Climatic Mountain Resort “Campos do Jordão” (SP): Subsidies to the Urban Planning
Abstract
Due to their tourist characteristics, a lot of Brazilian resorts have presented an intense and disordered urban occupation nowadays, affecting the natural systems and resulting problems for their inhabitants. We try to analyse the relation between the environmental legislation and the physical characteristics in the urban occupation of Campos do Jordão city, a climatic and spa water resort having a great tourist potentiality, thus making it possible to supply basic directions to its planning.
