ESPAÇO-TEMPO DA (IN) JUSTIÇA AMBIENTAL
Abstract
One of the remarkable traits of the present society is, doubtless, the social inequality. This trait, added to the crescent environmental problems that society faces, creates a scene of environmental injustice both by the privation of natural resources and by the bigger vulnerability to risks of environmental degradation. The intention of this paper is to bring perspective of space-temporal scale up to discussion in order to analyze the environmental injustices. To do this, the global and the local, the long and the short period must be analyzed, however without seeing them scrappily. Key Words: Environmental justice. Space-temporal scale. Social inequality.Downloads
