This happens with more intensity in the West of Santa Catarina, where the town of Quilombo is located. This case uses Quilombo as subject. The following text highlights how agriculture is organized in that town, how farmers relate to the industry, it also deals with the way the workload is organized within a farm and the breeding strategies in small farms.
