Mathematical Modeling: a conception and various possibilities
Abstract
This article proposes a conception for Mathematical Modeling that you want to comprise various possibilities by use and application in the classroom. We do this from some forms of conceive and modeling materialize within the Mathematics Education and understanding of how this process has been, throughout the history of mathematics, being used and consolidated in view of the construction of knowledge and problemsolving. Without discard the importance of a conception to the process, we finish that, more important than defining, we may find ways to organize and conduct activities of Modeling in school contexts.
