The theme of climate change is an object of research in different areas, including science teaching. In this paper, we aim to describe different approaches to climate change in science education research. To do so, we carried out a bibliographical survey in journals in the area of science teaching and in full papers presented at the ENPEC, from 2004 to 2014. Fifteen publications were collected, in which we observed that the theme of climate change is based on the notion of controversial issues; with the objective of scientific dissemination; through scientific literacy processes or through the contextualization of science teaching contents. Keywords: Climate Change. Science Education. Socio-scientific Controversies. Bibliographic Survey.Additional Files
