This article aims to present and analyze the organization of teaching work in the Integral Teaching Program of the SEE/SP. The study is part of ongoing doctoral research. The Program was started in 2012 and for its operationalization, with regard to teaching work, the Complete and Integral Dedication Regime and the selective process of education professionals were created. In this text, based on the analysis of documents, the Integral Teaching Program, the organization of the teaching work, as well as partial results of the analysis about the teaching work are presented.
