ELABORAÇÃO DE ESTRATÉGIAS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE TURISMO E LAZER EM CIDADES PEQUENAS: OBJETIVOS, PROPOSTAS-PROGRAMAS E DIRETRIZES

Abstract

The main purpose of this research was to elaborate a sketch of proposals in order to start the process of planning the tourism in small dimension cities with big touristic potential. It is defined the objectives, bases and some proposals. Through references to the leisure, tourism, tourism in the rural environment and sustainable tourism we tried to demonstrate that the development of the tourism is viable in small cities since that it is based on the paradigm of the sustainability.
