Abstract

The gym at work has been widely deployed by companies that adopt programs of quality of life at work, with the objective of developing biopsychosocial related benefits to employees. This fact has promoted a growing market demand for the emergence of service providers in that area. However, it is perceived that many of these service providers do not conduct an analysis of the potential market and a strategic plan for expansion of your business what would you more competitive in the market. Still incipient discussion of this theme in the literature of the area, this article is to think about the proposal need to know the peculiarities of business and labor market in which you want to act.
