Physical Education in high school: knowledge necessary in optical teacher

This research shows the knowledge of teachers of secondary education, physical education and other areas that working in public and private Maringá-PR on the knowledge that they consider necessary for the deal of the content of teaching physical education at school, to stock speakers to achieve this reality. The Delphi method (MIRANDA, 1991) was used to collect data, processed by statistical analysis and descriptive content analysis (BARDIN 1977). Research results indicate that teachers of high school, in general, consider as physical activity and health knowledge base of physical education classes, although not ignores the need to address elements body's own culture. There is a lack of an educational policy that allows the construction of a collective consciousness about what is physical education, his field of knowledge, treatment and educational links with different areas.Downloads
