This study had as purpose to investigate the aquatics activities influence on psychomotor pattern of Cerebral Palsy (CP) children. The method used was an exploratory descriptive research, with a case study. The participants were two boys aged 12 years old (P1) and 7 years old (P2), both with spastic CP. The instrument used was an adapted psychomotor evaluation form. It was applied as a psychomotor pre test, and after five months of intervention. The results were: P1 improved 33% in coordination and balance, 14% in body schema, 40% in laterality, 17% in spatial orientation, and 41% in temporal orientation. P2 improved 21% in coordination and balance, 13% in body schema, 28% in laterality, 05% in spatial orientation, and 33% in temporal orientation. Then, we concluded that the aquatics activities positively affected the psychomotor pattern of children with spastic CP.
